HOW TO PLAY ANYTHING

This is a musical crash course where you will learn the basic underpinnings of music. Then you will see how to take that knowledge and apply it to any instrument. When you finish this workshop you will be able to pick up any chording stringed instrument and quickly be able to play enough to be your own back up musician. This is knowledge that you will have as a friend for the rest of your life.

In this workshop we will explore the mysterious mandolin fret board and unlock the secrets to playing backup to practically any tune, and in any key. "Nail That Catfish to the Tree" and a few other cool fiddle tunes will be used to practice on. Warning... some musical theory will be discussed but I promise it'll be as easy as counting one, four, five. Fiddles and tenor banjos are welcome. It'll be fun!
